Benefit Representatives assist families in identifying the most suitable company programs. This role is entirely remote, conducted via phone and platforms like Zoom. While this is a virtual position, local offices may be accessible based on your location.

Responsibilities:  

  • Establish support with customer accounts by fostering transparent and engaging communication  
  • Arrange and participate in virtual meetings utilizing Zoom and similar platforms  
  • Monitor, detect, and address account-level risks while identifying opportunities for upselling  
  • Coordinate product and customer strategies, ensuring timely customer renewals  
  • Educate families on various benefit programs, facilitate enrollment for new clients, and initiate new account setups  
  • Manage and prioritize each customer within your portfolio  

  Qualifications:  

  • Genuine dedication to assisting others  
  • Demonstrated capacity to contribute effectively within a team  
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities  
  • Self-driven collaborator adept at managing multiple tasks  
  • Competence with computers and familiarity with Zoom (preferred but not mandatory)  
  • Aptitude for establishing and nurturing strong client relationships  
  • Must hold citizenship, work status, residency, or citizenship in the US or Canada
